End User License Agreement (EULA)

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

6. Limitation of Liability

PinwheelPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, for violations of this Agreement.
